RMIT Scholarships For International Students 2022-2023

Studying at RMIT University is quite expensive, the last time I checked the tuition fee for a bachelor’s degree in business it was about $40k per year.

As a foreign student, this may be even more expensive especially if you are from a third-world country where your currency is less valued and your country’s economy is nothing to write home about.

Thankfully, there are scholarships at RMIT for foreign students in 2022. Let’s go through them in this article.

RMIT University scholarships for international students

The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology offers scholarships to international or foreign students in different fields of study. As a matter of fact, the institution has over 18,000 students from different countries across the globe.

The Victorian Government even supported international students at RMIT with the establishment of the International Student Emergency Relief Fund. It may interest you to know that RMIT does not have any admission barriers based on race, religion, skin color, or beliefs.

Note that if you are from any of the 54 countries in Africa, you are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of AU$100.

RMIT Funded Scholarships

The university has a good amount of RMIT-funded scholarships for international students. These scholarships are known to cover your tuition, accommodation, textbooks, and other expenses.

Most of these scholarships are focused on your academic achievements, your financial needs, your field of study, and where you are from. They come in form of bursaries and grants.
