JAMB cut-off mark for medicine and surgery
If you picked this course during your JAMB registration, I’m not trying to burst your bubble, but it’s competitive. You may meet the general cut-off marks for universities, but gaining admission may be difficult.
For example, someone who wants to study medicine in Nigeria scores 200 in JAMB. Such a candidate will be offered another course or no admission at all.
In my opinion and from my experience, JAMB cut-off mark for MBBS is 280. If you are applying for admission to schools like UI, OAU, UNILORIN, UNILAG, etc., aim for 300 and above.
